- 75 cl champagne
- 25 cl Creme de Cassis
- 5 cl lime juice
- 4 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 litre cranberry juice
- 1 litre sparkling water (or less according to taste)
How To Make
Dissolve honey in juice and add with remaining ingredients to punch bowl and mix. Add sufficient ice to chill. Garnish with 3 or 4 slices of lime.
