• Rebecca cries
• Any of Carla's children appear
• Cliff mentions some useless trivia
• Woody talks about his childhood in Hanover
• Everybody yells "Norm!"
• Vera is mentioned
• Gary's Olde Towne Tavern appears or is mentioned
• Someone is watching sports

2 drinks for:

• Sam pretends to be in love with Diane/Rebecca when he is actually not
• Carla is pregnant
• Lilith mentions her lab rats
• Al Rosen appears
• Frasier and Lilith have a professional disagreement
• The Hungry Heffer is mentioned
• Nick Tortelli appears or is mentioned
• Someone is watching anything but sports

3 drinks for:

• A celebrity guest appears as him/her self
• Sam strikes out with a woman other than Diane or Rebecca
• Vera is partly seen or heard
• Sam mentions his baseball career/drinking problem/ex-wife
• Walt Twitchel (the Cheers mailman) appears
• Sam outsmarts somebody
• Someone eats at Melville's
• Harry the Hat appears
